At Dream Developer Network, we believe that education is the key to success. That's why we strive to empower students and educators alike to reach their full potential. Our founder, Jason Fulmer, has over two decades of experience in education and launched Dream Developer Network to provide high quality support and resources to students and educators. We consider it a joy to help others find their pathways to success and believe that teachers are truly in the dream developing business. Through the network, we offer professional learning to support our newest teachers to the education profession as well a variety of teacher leadership initiatives for educators at every stage of their career. We believe the arts open up numerous opportunities for students to succeed and offer Arts Integration workshops as well as keynotes to uplift and inspire. Jason's Story

Meet Jason Fulmer, the visionary founder behind the work. With a passion for education and a relentless pursuit of coaching and empowering others, Jason has dedicated his life to transforming lives through teaching and inspiration. As an accomplished educator and advocate, Jason brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the work. His innovative approach to education and unwavering commitment to excellence has shaped our mission to unlock the true potential of educators and students alike. "I enjoy my career because I have the opportunity to give feet to dreams." This statement by Jason Fulmer sums up the dream-enhancing potential he provided his third-graders at Redcliffe Elementary School in the Aiken County School District. In 2004, he was the youngest teacher to be named South Carolina Teacher of the Year and was also selected as one of the four finalists for the National Teacher of the Year. Fulmer has served as a teacher, an induction teacher coach, and a Title II Coordinator for Professional Development in the Aiken County School District. At the state level, Jason served as a Regional Teacher in Residence and as South Carolina’s Program Director for Retention and Advancement at (CERRA). Under his leadership, over 12,000 mentors across South Carolina were trained to meet the diverse needs of beginning educators. He also led the SC Teacher Forum, facilitating professional learning for the South Carolina District Teacher of the Year program. At the national level, Jason served as a consultant for a national non-profit, where he spearheaded collaborative partnerships to improve student learning by accelerating the effectiveness of teachers and school leaders at all levels. Jason has worked with districts, educators, and institutions of higher education across the country in rural and urban settings.

 

Jason serves on the Executive Board of the South Carolina Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD) as Secretary. He is the President-elect for Learning Forward South Carolina.  Jason is featured in the books American Teacher: Heroes in the Classroom, by Katrina Fried, Teacher Top 5 by Nick Ip, Conversations with America’s Best Teachers by William Towne, and A+Educators by Randy Howe. A native of North Augusta, SC, Jason holds a B.A. in Elementary Education from the University of South Carolina Aiken and a M. Ed. in Educational Leadership from Augusta University.
